  I placed paid for an online order on July 22, after a few weeks I hadn't recieved any shipping or tracking info so I rang them. They said the person in charge of orders would call me back in 10 minutes, no one did. I rang again the next day, and was told they didn't have the items in stock but could send a similar item to which I agreed. I was told it would ship that day. A week later I recieved an email that the item had shipped. So all up it took 27 days from time of placing order and making payment to item actually being shipped. Way too long.

  I took a disabled client to investigate entry level gaming PC's. Having looked up online, I saw that gaming PC's started at between 600 and $1,000. However. The staff member told us we would need to spend $3-3,500. Despite the fact that we were surrounded by $7-800 PC's in the store. I gave the guy another chance, pointing at said PC's and saying what are these. He replied that they were no good. So I have to ask what is the point of having stock in your store, that you're not even slightly interested in selling to or discussing with potential clients.
  I explained my client was interested in an 'entry level ' gaming PC, but he was only interested in telling us we need to spend $3,500!!! Not impressed.

  Absolutely Terrible Service
  Came to this store a while back to get a new GPU for my low end system and after them lying to me about compatibility I eventually had to get a new build.
  
  This build had tons of problems and was worse than my old build the only difference being compatibility for the new card and after rebuilding recently due to all these problems had no future compatibility.
  
  Overall would not recommend this store they scam you and waste your time.

  Gamedude more like GameRude.
  
  Went in today with the expectation to purchase some gear for my laptop to upgrade its ram after getting some pretty basic advise regarding compatibility from the staff. I was actually willing to pay up to $150 to $200 more than what I can get the product or equivalent product online just because it would be convenient to get an opinion before purchase.
  
  The clerk I talked to was entirely uninterested in helping me with specs, finding product and just kept referring me to their online stocklist (bro, I'm in the store now?). Nothing was easy from the moment I openned my mouth and he pretty much told me to go find out myself.
  
  If you don't want to help customers, and insist on just referring to your online catalogue, what's even the point of having a physical store?

  Purchased a 4G router from Game Dude, didn't work when we set it up at home (no issue with the ptoduct, it was the 4G signal. Called them up and they said to return it and they will charge a 15% re-stocking fee. (I was happy to do this)
  Travelled over an 1hr to go back to the shop for Johnny Lee to tell me that they don't need to give me a refund, wasted 40mins in the store going over the not so clear TC's.
  Then Johnny pulls out a number of 30% restocking fee.
  Worst customer service, and will not be retuning to them ever again.
  Should of gone to umart.
