  Pathetic. Absolutely rubbish. Not much of a burger that's for sure.
  
  Tried to give them another chance, but even more appalling than the first. Missing 2 buns.. might I add I did see one co-worker through 2 pieces of something at another.. bunch of kids *spits*
  
  I hate that they are the only KFC around the area.. was forced to go again and this time I order regular chips.. looks like that 10 there

  Ordered 21 pieces of chicken. Got told I needed to park and wait 10 mins for a new batch to be cooked. Sure thing. 15 mins later they give me the wrong order. 5 mins after that they give me the wrong order again. After another 10 mins they finally have the order correct and I go home. I get home open up the boxes and I find they gave me at least 7 hot n spicy wings and 6 original drumsticks. There are barely any larger pieces. I had to wait 30 minutes for food and then I get given what seems to be the leftover pieces. Absolutely disgraceful effort from the staff.

  This franchise needs to be shut down by corporate. Absolute heinous food. Foremost, I ordered dinner rolls one night with the rest of my meal. To my surprise when I opened the box I was treated to burger buns. Now tonight I ordered a slab combo - or I thought. Was instead charged for the slab feast. Bit dog considering it’s more expensive but whatever. But when I got home I opened it up to find no slab. Instead burned chicken pieces and undercooked tenders with also no dipping sauce. Absolutely no regard for customer experience. I tried ringing up to recover my slab but no one answered. No one go here!!!!

  I ordered the $20 tender and nugget box this evening and this is the mess I received. it didn't come in a carry back. Half of the chicken looked like someone had taken a bite out of them. it was soggy and half the nuggets were missing.
  I tried calling up to speak to the manager, but obviously this circus you call a restaurant has no one in charge and the phone answering skills are on parr with your ability to serve a half decent meal.
  This establishment is a joke and should be shut down.

  Ordered a three pieces box and 6 wicked wings. The three pieces which were smaller than the wicked wings. Not crispy enough. A big room to improve.

  2 full rubbish bags sitting next to the counter, couldn't sit down as the tables and floor were filthy.
  Watched staff walk passed the mess without a thought to clean it.
  Food was over cooked and dried out, burger bun was smashed in and soggy.
  For the price we expect a lot better.
  Worst KFC we have ever been to.
  Only giving 1 star because I can't give less

  Seen better pieces of chicken come out of a Chinese takeaway. Dunno why I keep going back as the chicken is either over cooked, dry or the smallest piece they can find, I feed my snake bigger pieces of mice compared to some of the drumsticks that come outta this joint. Talking about mices, Pretty sure there was a mouse in one of the ultimate boxes I got from there last week, I was so hungry I ate the thing and you know what it tasted the same as the rest of the contents in that box. Keep up the good work there team Springwood. Will be back next week to see what surprises you have for me then.
