  I worked with Natasha from Elders Springwood for approximately 18 months. Even though I had a strong rental record, my landlord had doubts about me as a renter due to me having pets but Natasha worked with both of us, advocating on my behalf also, to find me and my two children a beautiful home.
  Over the course of the 18 months, Natasha and I built a strong tenant/agent relationship. I never had any problems with communication with Natasha and any problems that I had, were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
  In over 20 years of both renting and buying properties, I have dealt with many agents and Natasha is one of the best. I felt at ease right from the start with her and was very sad to no longer have her as an agent anymore.
  Thank you Natasha for the relationship we built over that time.

  The team at Elders Springwood have always been great at helping out with our tenancy requests, Natasha in particular has been excellent in assisting us with communicating to the owner (who has always been considerate too). I would recommend them to future tenants.

  They were very ordinary until the new property manager Jaci came along. What a breath of fresh air. She was able to fix my rental payments and get me up to date. Then after only couple of emails got all the minor repairs completed. Keep up the good work Jaci.

  Wish I could give negative stars. Do not use this real estate. Wouldn't fix our leaking hot water system for over a week, which caused us to have flooding under the house and a $600 power bill (which normally would be $100 as we had no appliances other than a fridge. Not even a washing machine). Made us use an 8.5kg gas bottle rather than replace the stove, which wasn't working when we rented the property and took them a week to fix, without any compensation. Nor was the electricity ready to be connected as someone had ripped out the external wiring, causing me to believe that no one had come to inspect the safety and livability of the property prior to us moving in. We lived there for days before that was acknowledged and rectified. Someone had ripped out the toilet and throw it through a window into the back yard. Which was littered with drug paraphernalia that we were informed would be removed before we moved in. But it wasn't. Along with other broken glass and rubbish from previous occupants. We moved in and asked for the rubbish to be cleared but it never was. When we decided to break the lease due to negligence, the real estate (we had no property manager for the whole of our 6month stay) forced us to pay 2 weeks advanced rent (on top of the usual) and essentially stole it from us as they refused to refund it to us, even though they had signed an agreement stating that they would, when we vacated the property. The list is endless... Operating on the knowledge that we were not in a position to take them to court for their unprofessionalism verging on abuse, this real estate is hands down the worst I have ever dealt with and I leave this review in the hope that it helps others decide against using their business.
