  I live in Darwin and bought my investment property in Brisbane in 2015 with the help of Progress Properties (renamed Zevesto).
  I cannot fault the service I have received over the last 4 ½ years, through good times and the more challenging times the staff at Zevesto have supported me with advice and tailored service options to suit my needs as an interstate landlord. Their communication and customer service is exceptional. Shane Booth has always been available to offer solutions when I have needed additional help to make decisions relating to the management of my property, maintenance, tenant and body corporate communications etc. My tenants are happy with the swift follow up and escalation of any maintenance issues when they arise and I am happy that I can trust the staff at Zevesto to get the job done, knowing I am kept in the loop each step of the process. In short, I couldn’t recommend a better service – thank you Zevesto team for doing such an amazing job!

  My husband and I recently moved from interstate and the first rental we looked at was with Zevesto. We fell in love with the apartment and really liked the manner of the Property Manager Claire.   Zevesto property group is absolutely amazing. We contacted sales agent Mr Glenn Flanagan to sell our home of 38 years.   We live interstate and have an investment property that Zevesto manage for us. We were nervous in the beginning to be going through the process as we are not on the ground, but they have been incredible. Shane manages his team exceptionally well and is always happy to speak over the phone with little notice. Claire and Miranda worked tirelessly in leasing out the property and look after it as if it was their own.
  
  They all keep us in the loop and have our best interests at the forefront of their decisions. We're really happy and can't recommend them enough.
